The Environmental Health Group seeks a self-driven, results-oriented person with a positive outlook and clear focus on high quality outputs, to contribute to the work undertaken by its world class academics. EHG researches into the impact of sanitation, hygiene and water problems on the health of people in developing countries, and seeks solutions.

The Environmental Health Group manages several multi-million pound programmes, as well as small to medium research projects and consultancies. The role would suit someone who is well organised, proactive and flexible, and is used to a varied and extremely busy environment. As a manager you will be able to steer the team whilst allowing for individual development within it. You will be able to see how to achieve the short term goals whilst keeping in mind the mid to long term objectives.

The Environmental Health Group provides a flexible and dynamic environment, with staff who are committed to supporting its members and developing their skills. You will supervise the EHG Administration and Finance team (currently 5 staff) and provide coaching in administrative and financial matters as necessary.
